Who we are

JD9Pay sells mic foams, audio accessories and everyday essentials from Unit 14, Bhosari MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra 411026. Questions about anything on this page go to help@jd9pay.in.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. A GST invoice is issued with every order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you first and refund in full if you would rather not proceed.

JD9 Credits

Credits are a loyalty balance, not money. They are earned on the value of an order once payment clears, and may be spent on a later order up to the share of the cart shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are returned to your balance if an order is refunded. We may change the earn and spend rates; the rate shown at checkout is the one applied to that order.

Payments

Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout.

Your data

We store your name, email, phone number and delivery addresses so we can fulfil your orders and contact you about them. We use Supabase for our database and authentication, Razorpay for payments, and Resend to send order emails. We do not sell your data to anyone. Email help@jd9pay.in to request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted; deleting your account removes your profile, addresses and credit balance, though we retain order records where tax law requires it.

Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
