How to send something back, and when the money reaches you.
Returns
Seven days from delivery for a replacement or full refund if the item arrives damaged, or the shape or size does not fit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days; any JD9 Credits spent on the order are returned to your wallet immediately.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched — open your orders, or write to us. Once it has shipped, treat it as a return.
How to start a return
Email jd9pay@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong, and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and any JD9 Credits you spent on the order return to your wallet.
