Dispatched from our Pune warehouse within 24 working hours. Free delivery on orders over ₹499; below that a flat ₹49 applies. Metro deliveries typically land in 2–3 days, the rest of India in 4–6.
Returns
Seven days from delivery for a replacement or full refund if the item arrives damaged, or the shape or size does not fit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days; any JD9 Credits spent on the order are returned to your wallet immediately.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defects under normal use.
