JD9Pay is a storefront operated by JD 9 Media And Marketing Private Limited, selling mic foams, audio accessories and everyday essentials.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses — so we can take your order, deliver it and talk to you about it. We also keep your order history and your JD9 Credits balance.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Supabase for our database and sign-in, Razorpay to take payments, Resend to send order emails, and our delivery partners to get your parcel to you. We do not sell your data to anyone, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

Card details

We never see or store them. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. Nothing else is set, and nothing follows you to other sites.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Order records are kept longer where tax law requires it, even after an account is closed.

Getting a copy, or having it deleted

Write to jd9pay@gmail.com and ask. Deleting your account removes your profile, addresses and credit balance; order records are retained where the law requires.
