Who holds your data

JD9Pay is a storefront operated by JD 9 Media And Marketing Private Limited, selling mic foams, audio accessories and everyday essentials.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses — so we can take your order, deliver it and talk to you about it. We also keep your order history and your JD9 Credits balance.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Supabase for our database and sign-in, Razorpay to take payments, Resend to send order emails, and our delivery partners to get your parcel to you. We do not sell your data to anyone. We also use Meta's advertising pixel, described below.

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use Meta’s pixel to see which of those ads lead to a sale. It tells Meta when you view a product, add something to your basket, begin checkout or place an order, along with the value of that order and the pages you visited on this site. It does not receive your name, address or payment details.

Meta may match this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to show you ads. You can limit that in your Meta account settings, and most browsers can block it outright. Blocking it does not affect your order, your account or your JD9 Credits in any way.

Card details

We never see or store them. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems.

Cookies

One cookie of our own, to keep you signed in. Meta's pixel sets its own cookies for the advertising described above; blocking them leaves the shop working normally.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Order records are kept longer where tax law requires it, even after an account is closed.

Getting a copy, or having it deleted

Write to jd9pay@gmail.com and ask. Deleting your account removes your profile, addresses and credit balance; order records are retained where the law requires.
